A ground floor apartment of a newly built house that has been specifically designed, furnished and decorated to make the most of light and space and also to improve it from a simple place to a spacious and comfortable resting lodge.
Ideal for couples, solo adventures or a family with 1-2 children.
Very peaceful, overlooking in a wonderful garden with a great view over the town and harbour.
Just a few minutes walk to the town, cafes, bars, tavernas, shops, public transportation and beach.
Quiet location, no traffic.
It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed, incorporating wardrobe and air conditioner, and an elegant bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances except a dishwasher, a dining area and living area all open plan with a sofa lounge convertible into a double bed.
From the living room french doors open to the veranda, that gives a cosy and peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your breakfast or meals under the shadow of a pergola. White curtains protect from the summer heat.
The garden with olive trees, shrubs and flowers provides the most magnificent view for relaxation. Lounge chairs are available for loosening under an olive tree or under the sun.

Pipitsa und Iannis haben mit viel Liebe und außerordentlich sicherem Gespür für Farbe, Proportionen und Licht eine Oase geschaffen. Wir haben Stunden auf der wundervollen Terrasse beim Frühstück verbracht….
Sie standen am Fähranleger am Ausweichhafen in Agnontas, um uns persönlich einzusammeln - wir hatten Sie von unterwegs gebeten ein Taxi zu schicken.
Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet - vom Bügelbrett bis zum Schrankfach für Koffer. An diese Perfektion muss man sich vielleicht gewöhnen - oder man sieht einfach darüber hinweg.
Wir haben wieder einmal großartige griechische Gastfreundschaft erlebt und sind sehr dankbar dafür.

We had a wonderful week staying at the Enastron Guesthouse apartment. Our hosts did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including meeting us from the ferry and arranging a hire car during our stay. The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple. Everything is beautifully fitted and furnished, and there were many nice additional touches including a bowl of fresh fruit on the table, with water and wine in the fridge on our arrival. Pipitsa even brought us a set of fresh towels half way through our stay! The veranda is great for sitting out on, enjoying breakfast, sitting with a good book or a sun downer.
The apartment is in a great location, handy for local transport (buses, taxis, main roads, harbour) but a short walk from the main town, and the sea front and beach, and set in olive groves so beautifully peaceful day and night. Skopelos town is an ideal base for exploring the island and also neighbouring islands.

Très bien situé, à quelques enjambées du port et de la ville, cet appartement tout neuf, très confortable et très propre, meublé avec goût, est un lieu idéal pour se reposer et bénéficier de l'animation de la ville. On appréciera aussi la présence d'un jardin fleuri et des oliviers centenaires.
Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.
