About this apartment rental
The attic located in a semi-central area of the city, and an independent apartment. You will be welcomed in a large living room area. A hallway will accompany you in the two bedrooms and in the services. In the living room there are two windows for access to a balcony, and to the terrace

The apartment is all at your disposal, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas burners. the parking space in the internal courtyard will allow you to do without using it in the city

The "Villa Longo" district is known for the presence of the FAL train station, located 300m away. about from the apartment. The FAL lines are a light rail linking Matera to Bari. The neighborhood is full of services, within 100 meters you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, various Tobacco Bars, an ASL medical center, as well as a barber, shoemaker, fruit and vegetable market etc. The apartment is located near the exit of state road 7 "Appia" (direction Potenza, Taranto), and of the state road 99 for Bari. At about 200 meters there is the bus terminal which houses the Flixbus, Marozzi, MarinoBus bus lines etc. The historic center is about 15 minutes on foot

To reach the historic center, the use of public transport or on foot is recommended. The Urbana bus stop is practically under the house, and leads to the center. The center is a 15 minute walk; The car will be kept in the internal courtyard of the building
