My apartment has a capacity of 6 beds, is located in the city center on the main street of the same. The apartment is fully renovated and is equipped with every comfort, central heating and air conditioning, is located on the third floor of a building and is served by a lift. Only 70/100 mt you can reach the main square of the old town where there are the various inputs of the SASSI

Great location, 5 minute walk to the main piazza and a view of the Sassi. Clean and modern.The owners were kind and the communication was great. They left us some drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. Highly recommend Matera and this location

L'appartement est très bien placé et permet de visiter les sassi puis de revenir dans la journée très rapidement. Il est vraiment très propre, lumineux et très bien équipé. La propriétaire nous a laissé rentrer à midi et elle a été très disponible ; elle avait laissé des gâteaux, quantité de yaourts, de café, de lait... Le seul point faible est le bruit de la rue, très passante car c'est une des artères principales(mais à partir de minuit jusqu'à 6h du matin, les voitures ne passent plus et c'est calme)
En résumé, nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement pour visiter la si belle ville de Matera
