Wonderful villa located in an idyllic setting in the center of the Costa Brava.:
We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.
A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.
The house is very comfortable and pleasant. On the first floor, entrance, we find a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower; another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. There is an open terrace with beautiful views over the valley towards the Gavarres mountains. There is also a laundry room.
On the ground floor there is an open concept lounge / dining room adjoining the kitchen, fully equipped; a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have wardrobes. The living room is tastefully decorated, with seating for six, equipped with satellite TV. In addition, there is air conditioning throughout the house.
The patio doors lead to a covered terrace that provides shade and shelter to relax and enter the garden, also access to the 4x8m swimming pool. aprox. At the end of the same terrace there is a beautiful summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal), and a room where you will find various accessories.
You can park in the parking space inside the property.Environment:
What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you want to stay closer, there are many towns that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water park, good restaurants and shopping centers in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...). We invite you to visit the municipality's Tourist Office for more information. In addition, you have all the services just 5 minutes away.

Jolie maison aux belles prestations sur les hauteurs du joli village de Calonge.
La vue est exceptionnelle, la piscine très agréable.
La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et bien équipée. La climatisation dans toute la maison est très appréciable. Chaque chambre spacieuse dispose de sa salle de bain ...

We had a great time in the villa!
The villa is very nice on the inside, everything is clean and modern.
It gets cool in the evenings so we did not miss aircondition.
The outside area is also very nice with a beautiful view of the valley and also with a light breeze so it does not get too hot.
We would love to come back.

Great villa and lovely pool. We loved the balcony and the boules court plus all the equipment in the shed including table tennis. A great base for running, cycling and visiting glorious beaches plus Barca and Girona for city sights. Food here is great too.
