We really love the place, the big pool, the onsen, specially the dinner buffet lots of variants seafood is so good different fruits,and of course the desert specialy the sorted flavors of ice cream 😋😋😋woww is perfect.we will comeback again next time i’ll bring my kids .

This is a rather old hotel that needs extensive refurbishing badly. The place needs a thorough renovation to its building, lifts and rooms. We can't imagine the room does not come with a bathroom and we are expected to either use the common bath or the private onsen which costs Yen 2,700 (tax included) for the smaller unit and Yen3,500 (tax included) for the larger unit (meant for 3-5 people). The hotel is rather secluded and there is nothing within 5 km of its' surrounding as it is on a hill literally in a forest (as it's name suggest). It's not so suited for foreign travelers as we do not see many of them around as there were not that many guests staying as we see only a few people in the hotel foyer. One section of the hotel were apartments privately owned not available to the public. We cut short our stay and moved to another hotel nearer to the city area. Honestly the hotel may be more suited for the locals to stay at the place there on a weekend and use their private onsens.

The room is big bed and tatami futon, the food is so good and delicious and manny variety we really love and enjoy the food.

写真で見るホテル全体・入口の門構えは山中に立つ閑静な大型ホテル風情で素敵でしたが、フロントやロビー、廊下などのインテリアは、昭和時代の熱海にあったような団体客向け大衆ホテルといった感じ。布団やベッドリネンは清潔でしたが、襖や壁紙の剥がれ、畳のシミなどが気になり、間取りも含めてやっぱり古臭い感じでした。高齢の親を同伴した旅行でしたが、全員がお風呂を気に入りました。木々がそびえ立つ素朴な風景を見ながらの露天風呂はなかなかでしたし、部屋のバルコニーからの眺めは、紅葉時期だったら最高だっただろうと思わせるような素晴らしいものでした。食事はこの宿泊価格でのビッフェにしては良かったと思います。生の白魚を除いてはお刺身も美味しかったです。お酒も割高でなく適正価格で良心的。１人1万５千円弱でこの内容ならコスパは良いとは思いますが、もう少し高級感あるホテル宿を望む人にはお勧めできず、私も1度で十分かなと思います。
