It’s a bit decadent and overall I loved my time since I was working as media during the Calcio Storico Fiorentino.
If you not from Venice or NY prepare yourself to walk till the last floor with not elevator. If you have lot luggage or you are an elder it’s hard. Also the logistic of trash (it’s on you!) it’s quite tricky since you have to walk one block and use proper trash cans. If you have heavy luggage it’s an extra task since the steps.

Das Appartement war fantastisch. Sehr gemütlich und groß. Die Lage war perfekt. Lediglich das Badezimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen.

La ubicación. La cocina es funcional y bien equipada. Las camas muy cómodas.
Muchos pisos por escalera hasta llegar al apartamento. Las habitaciones no eran ambientes independientes sino que estaban integrados a otros ambientes.

location was excellent, close to all the attractions.
The building is very old and the room facilities are outdated. The wall is like paper thin, we can hear everything: the neighbors walking upstairs, talking outside, they are extremely loud, plus the noise on the street. We can hear it at night even with earplugs.
