Appartamento molto accogliente e centrale, perfetto per visitare il centro di Firenze. Dalla terrazza, la vista sulla città è davvero splendida. Personale in loco gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimi i tempi di reazione ai messaggi.

Soggiorno perfetto per 4 persone. L’appartamento è spazioso, tranquillo, curato nei dettagli e ben tenuto, con una splendida terrazza che offre una vista a 360 gradi su Firenze.

We spent a lot of time searching for great accommodations for our trip to Italy,and Florence was no exception. I picked it specifically for the location but was pleasantly surprised by everything else! Unit is in the middle of everything and a short walk to the cathedral, the Uffizi, Gallerie Accademia, the train station, etc. Our host Cristian was very accommodating and gave detailed video instruction on Whatsapp on how to access the unit (often hosts of rental properties will only give a list or small photos to show how to get the keys which can be sometimes confusing, so the videos from Cristian were very helpful and easy to follow) The unit is HUGE with great views of the city and Duomo from both balconies, and the whole unit has a cozy, rustic vibe indicative of Tuscany that we really enjoyed. Will forever recommend this place to any friends who visit the area.

The washing machine is on the main balcony in a little shed-type thing next to the wall which we didn't check because we thought it just contained gardening tools, ha... It took a bit of time to find. The only rooms with AC are the kitchen and living room; the bedrooms got pretty hot at night in the summer, but fans are provided and it was tolerable. Helpful tip: If you stay here and are booking an Uber or rideshare on your phone app, do not do it from your room, do it from the street; the unit is on the opposite side of the building from the main entrance, so if you book an Uber from your room, the driver will come to the wrong side of the building. We learned this through trial and error!
