About this house rental
The house (fully renovated in 2016) is located inside a private residence, surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea of Scopello.
On a single floor of about 65 square meters, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and closet. It also has outdoor spaces - veranda (ideal for outdoor dining), barbecue area and terrace - about 100 square meters, with beautiful views of the azure sea.
The bedrooms have double beds, suitable for 4 people. Also available a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans. Outside there is a barbecue with attachments available for barbecues.
One of the bathrooms has sink, toilet and shower; the other has sink, toilet and bidet. Present an outside shower, also with hot water.
The house is equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning in one bedroom, fans, fireplace and washing machine service, including what is necessary to wash, stretch and stretch.
We provide complete with towels sets for each guest, hair dryer and linen.
For the little ones are available (on request) cot, high chair and stool.
The sea (the charming bay light) is accessible via a downhill walk (about 5 minutes) or car by a road, both for the guests of the residence.
Inside the residence, where it is present throughout the year a caretaker, there is also the availability of a tennis court and possibility to park freely.

Little Bay is located in a strategic location and highly suggestive, on the coast a few hundred meters from the stacks and the trap picturesque Scopello and a few km from the Zingaro nature reserve.
Directly from the house, the descent to the sea from the beautiful bay Light.
Not far away is the charming Baglio di Scopello, where there are several bars, restaurants and shops.
Nearby, worth a visit: the Zingaro nature reserve (in a stretch of pristine coastline with clear blue sea), Castellammare del Golfo (a lively little town with beautiful old town and the marina, ideal base for excursions boat), the temple and the greek theater of Segesta (among the best preserved), Erice (among the most beautiful villages in Italy, in a splendid position on the Tyrrhenian sea) and San Vito lo Capo (renowned for its beautiful golden beach and the rich gastronomic offer, including the delicious couscous).
The Punta Raisi (PA) is 54 Km; to Birgi (TP) 64 km.

The villa is very private with an excellent view as can be seen from the photos. We used Scopello as a base for driving to much of western Sicily, which meant driving a bit further vs. staying closer to Palermo. It was really worth it for staying at this nice villa and enjoying some of the places close by.

We stayed for 10 nights in September. The apartment is modern, very clean, spacious and well equipped. What we loved most was the terrace, which has a big shaded part as well as a lot of sunny space, with the magnificent views. it gives an immediate feeling of holiday and relaxation. It is also very private. The covered area of the terrace is always totally private, and for 8 nights we had no neighbours upstairs so we could walk around nude, and what we will keep as a special memory was taking showers outside with the fantastic view! What a treat! The way down to the beach and rocky shore is rather steep, one can take a car if necessary, there is a lot of parking space by the shore. Water was 27 degrees, and snorkelling was very good. The apartment has light loungers and a beach umbrella, which we gladly used. Carmen and Nicola were very quickly responding to any question or little problems we had. On arrival we were accompanied to the apartment by Angela, who did not speak English, and somehow managed despite my minimal understanding of Italian. The kitchen was well equipped, including sharp knives (rarity in rental apartments), some water and juice waited for us in the fridge, and there were some oil, salt, sugar, UHT milk, tea, biscuits etc, which we appreciated very much as we arrived too late to shop and were very grateful for those provisions for breakfast. The village of Scopello had a lot of options for eating out, and the bio fruit and veg shop and the slightly hidden local supermarket were a great place to shop. We are very happy with our stay at Picola Baia!!!
