Villa Rosa dei Venti is a holiday house in Porto Azzurro immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. Rosa dei Venti is located on the hill of San Felo to the border of Capo d'Arco park and has an amazing panorama overlooking the Gulf of Porto Azzurro.Due to the position the villa garuantee relax and privacy..The Villa is for exclusive use perfect also for a group of two families.
Villa Rosa dei Venti is 2 km from the beach of Reale , 3 km from Barbarossa beach and laghetto di terranera ( a little lake in Capo d'arco Park ),5 km from Porto Azzurro and 8 km from Capoliveri. The holiday house has more then 10 paths that starts directly from the villa and arrive in Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina .
The material used to build the Villa are those typical of Tuscan houses, with terracotta floors from Impruneta and ceilings with chestnut beams and joists. A simple and elegant style at the same time.
The main VIlla is Upstairs: 2 large double bedrooms and a room with two single beds and a small desk, a huge bathroom with two sinks and a bath and shower. All very bright rooms.
Downstairs a kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofas with veranda and patio and access to the fenced garden , our villa is perfect for a vacation with your dog.
A large private garden complitely fencedand equipped with wood-burning oven and barbecue, surrounds the holiday house, the avenue of pines and cypresses separates the property from the small country road that leads to the road to Porto Azzurro or Rio nell'Elba.
The house is completely independent and enjoys absolute privacy but is very close to beaches of Reale and Barbarossa where you can rent a canoa or a patino or a chair and umbrella.Close to the house there is also a pizzeria.
Our villa to rent in Elba is 5 km from Portoazzurro one of the most suggestive fishing villages on the island, with small typical restaurants, a characteristic small port overlooking the bay and a small market is set up with handicraft products.
We recommend aperitivo at the Curandero where they make the best mohito on the island!
Surroundings:
8km from Capoliveri, once a mining village, located on a green hill overlooking the sea, offering splendid views.
1km of garden with games for children.
5km from the Terra nera Lake, with curative sulphurous water and black sand with reflections of light from its mining nature, a real show.

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hanggrundstück und wird über einen Schotterweg angefahren. Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Ins 1. OG zu den schönen Schlafzimmern führt im Haus eine steile, enge Holztreppe (angenehmer läuft sich die Außentreppe). Das Meer ist nur vom 1. OG aus zu sehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus.

Ich war zusammen mit meinen beiden Töchtern für 1 Woche da. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Es gab einen netten Gästeempfang mit Obst und Kaltgetränken. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und eine ausgezeichnete Betreuung vor Ort. Es gibt ein großes Grundstück mit mediteranem Flair um das Haus herum und eine "Toskanische Grillwand" mit Backofen für Pizza und Grillstelle. Klasse. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Besten Dank an Stefano und Alberto.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsene, 2 kleinen Kindern und einem Hund für 10 Tage auf Elba. Über Email und Whatsapp hatte ich einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern Ilari und Stefano.
Das Haus ist genauso schön wie beschrieben. Es bietet viel Platz, sowohl innen als auch außen. Es ist wunderschön angelegt mit Feigen- und Olivenbäumen und mediterraner Vegetation.
Aufpassen sollte man nur mit einem Auto, das wenig Bodenfreiheit besitzt, da der letzte Anstieg zum Haus sehr uneben ist. War für uns aber kein Problem. Man könnte auch unten parken.
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Von dort aus kann man viele schöne Ausflüge, zum Baden oder Wandern, unternehmen.
Das einzig nicht optimale war, dass nur zwei Liegestühle vorhanden waren...Trotzdem war es ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen.
