Our house is located on the second floor of a traditional fishing house.
The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen illuminated by three windows with sea views, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
From all the rooms you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves. In summer you can use the fans, installed in all rooms.
After a day at the beach, you can relax by watching a movie on television, either on open channels or in streming using the high-speed WIFI connection.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal: kitchen and cutting utensils, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, juicer and toaster. It also has some basic cooking condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and others, as well as detergent for washing dishes and laundry, thus avoiding the hassle and cost of making this basic purchase.
One of the bedrooms has a large bed (150x190) and the other has two normal beds (90x200). All high quality beds to ensure a good rest. Both bedrooms have two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers, ensuring enough space to store guests' belongings.
Sheets and bath towels are provided. You can use washer and dryer.
In case of coming as a family, we have a cot, high chair, bathtub at the request of the guests. In case you need something else, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to make your stay a true vacation.

Please, if you see that you need something else, ask and I will try to do everything possible to get it.

HOUSE RULES
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- The building is home to friendly neighbors, mainly families and the elderly. In order to guarantee a good coexistence, I ask you for the utmost respect towards them, keeping the noise volume at a reasonable level. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.
- Anti-social behavior may be penalized and lead to being asked to vacate the property immediately without the right to reimbursement or any type of compensation.
- Normally check-in takes place after 3:00 p.m. However, if you are arriving earlier, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your arrival time. Check-out is normally before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless previously agreed otherwise.
- Check-in's in the time slot from 20:00 to 00:00 from Monday to Sunday, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / from 00: 00-09: 00h from Monday to Sunday, will have a supplement of 30 EUR.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Unfortunately pets are not accepted.
- All keys have to be returned on departure. There would be a charge of € 60 for each set of keys in case of loss.
- In case you need a locksmith, either due to loss of keys or leaving the key inside, it will be at the guest's expense (estimated € 75 per opening - organized by the owner).
- Damage to furniture and / or facilities will be charged in the amount equivalent to the damage value of the security deposit.
- Please take care of my house as if it were yours.
