About this villa rental
The villa Erita in Benissa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A beautiful villa with all the comforts and perfect for enjoying with the family.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 120 m² of living space which can be accessed by a flight of stairs with about 16 steps. The first thing we find when we enter the house is a hall that leads to a large living room with a pellet fireplace, air conditioning, and a living room with sofas to relax with large windows and a very nice light entry all day. An open fully equipped kitchen with exit to the backyard, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a third bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning.
Outside of the villa:
With 1.135 m2 of plot the villa has an electric gate that gives access to the plot where you can park several cars inside the enclosure. The swimming pool area is located in front of the house and has a naya with a table for 6 people and garden sofas, a sunbathing area with hammocks, an outdoor shower and a private 8/4 swimming pool with a built-in staircase. Next to the naya there is a built in barbecue with a garden table and behind the villa we will find a washing machine room and where the electric hot water boiler is located.
It is located 850 m from the supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, 1 km from the beach of La Fustera, 2 km from the yacht club Les Bassetes, 5 km from the natural park Peñón De Ifach, 5 km from the city of Calpe. 8 km from the golf course, 81 km from the airport of Alicante and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

Quick drive to all local facilities and to the beach. House is spacious and comfortable with everything that one needs for a long term stay. I had two small maintenance issues, which Guzman responded to and rectified quickly.

Schönes großes Haus, alles vorhanden, komplettes Kücheninventar, ausreichend Platz, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, tadellose Klimaanlagen, einfaches Handling mit dem Service
Tapete von der Decke im Badezimmer löst sich, Risse im Außengrill, Außenmarkise hängt in Streifen.
Leider wurde in der ersten Woche ein Haus gegenüber abgerissen, somit war hier den ganzen Tag Baulärm, Dreck und Staub.
Aber das ist eben so.

De afgelopen twee maanden hebben wij met zeer veel plezier 'gewoond' in villa Erita. De villa heeft alles in zich voor een prettig verblijf. Uitstekende bedden, voor de verwarming een pellet kachel naast de airco, een meer dan complete inrichting en ruim voldoende buiten meubilair en parkeer mogelijkheden. Daarnaast alle lof voor de service van Guzman.
De ventilatie van de badkamers is matig. Zeker als het koud is doe je geen raam open waardoor de vochtige lucht lang blijft hangen wat leidt tot schimmelvorming. De koel/vries combinatie in de buitenberging is aan vervanging toe. Omdat er binnen een prima koelkast is volstaat een vriezer.
