About this villa rental
The villa in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. Located in a residential area and perfect for families or friends.
Distribution of the villa: with 150 m2 of housing,
In the main dwelling located on the first floor of the house, accessed by a flight of stairs with 15 steps, we find a lounge-dining room with decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, air conditioning and access to a beautiful terrace with open views and some sea views and an outdoor dining table. A fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan.
In the lower part of the villa and at street level, we find two independent rooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a laundry room, and a second independent room with a small lounge, an auxiliary kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The entire house has central heating.

The villa features a lovely porch with a dining table for eating and dining outside and a brick-built barbecue with benches and an outdoor sink. An area that will make your evenings relaxed and very comfortable in summer. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is 7/4 and has Roman steps to access its interior.
Inside the plot, several vehicles can be parked in the open air.

The property is clean but a little tired with a slight need for renovation. Didn’t like the reservation process. (Have never had to raise an international money transfer before) but it worked out ok. There could have been more info on area as property is quite isolated.Had a good stay though.

Everything was perfect! Villa is very clean, spacious rooms, bbq zone and pool perfect we will definitely be back!

En general la casa está bien, ideal para familias por los servicios que ofrece y la tranquilidad de la zona.
Las estancias del piso de abajo huelen a humedad, especialmente el pequeño apartamento, haciendo casi inviable dormir en ellas, ya que con la puerta cerrada el olor aumenta.
