The villa Luz in Calpe has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. A very spacious villa perfect for families who wish to have their own private space and at the same time share unforgettable moments together, as it has two kitchens, two living rooms on separate floors.

With 244 m² of living space, the house has ample spaces distributed over two independent floors. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped independent kitchen, a beautiful and very bright living-dining room with air conditioning and access to a small and pleasant balcony with open views of the residential area, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan, a third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor and at the foot of the garden and swimming pool, we find an independent flat with a spacious and bright living-dining room with air conditioning, a large kitchen recently renovated and fully equipped, a complete and recently renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub. A fourth bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and the fifth bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed.

With 840 m2 of plot, the house has plenty of parking area inside the property and outdoors. Booking and checking in were very easy! Staff was friendly and informative! House was easy to find and as described. Dishes (plates, glasses, silverware) had been put away dirty, dirty socks left in the closet. Otherwise very clean. Unfortunately the neighbors played VERY loud Russian language music all day and night Saturday and Sunday nights, well into the night/ early morning, Complete with drunken karaoke all played full blast on a giant JBL speaker. The loud Neighbors were wholly inconsiderate all two weeks of our stay playing very loud music at all times of day and night. One of our group speaks Russian and was shocked and upset by the harsh negative language spoken to the children on the neighbor property who‘s Pool is basically side by side with this property‘s Pool. We know there is little the owner can do about the people living next door but it made for an uncomfortable time and is something to know if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Also there we a lot of mosquitoes in the house and on the property.
