The beautiful Acaepa villa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located in the coastal area of Benissa (La Fustera), it is 1km from La Fustera beach, where you can find a lovely beach bar open all year round, a supermarket and a petrol station.
The distribution of the Acaepa villa is as follows: with 122 m2, in the main dwelling you will find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, living room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant terrace that you can use both in summer and winter as it is completely covered. On the upper floor and completely independent with stairs on the outside, is the third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and open views of the mountain and the sea, and a bathroom with shower. The villa was completely renovated in 2019 and both its furniture and bathrooms, kitchen etc, are completely new. It has an air conditioning unit in the living room.

The villa was in a quiet location but not far from the beach and shop. It was clean. There was plenty of outside space and had lovely gardens
As we rented for a week we needed more towels and tea towels. Pool towels would have been good too.
Needs to be an information booklet of the area.

La piscina, junto al porche, son una maravilla. Hacer vida en el porche es una gozada. La cocina muy bien equipada y la decoración es muy bonita.
Dentro de la casa hace demasiado calor, el aire acondicionado la haría
