Montacute is a very pretty village in Somerset. We used this B&B as a starting place to go north to visit Bath and Cheddar Gorge, and south to visit Lyme Regis, We also went to Glastonbury and the Avebury Standing Stones. We really enjoyed this B&B! Our hosts were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped and the breakfasts were beautifully cooked. We also really appreciated having use of the kitchenette and living room, which made so much extra space to relax in. Thank you, lovely hosts, for an excellent stay!

We loved Carents House in Montacute. What a lovely village and a fabulous B&B. Large accommodation... living room, balcony, kitchenette, king size bedroom and en-suite shower room. Fabulous breakfast served in your living room. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. The owners are very welcoming, hospitable and friendly. We will definitely be going back.
