Awesome stay

The property is very clean and looks better than the photos. Each apartment has everything you need of you plan to cook and eat there. Its just 2 minutes to the beach, so the location is also awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Fantastic stay

Spacious apartment with comfortable bed. All amenities were present as stated. The best aspect of the apartment was the location - central, close to the beach and a beautiful view of the old town and sea from the balcony! Would highly recommend for a wonderful stay.

Estrema gentilezza della persona alla reception Ottima posizione con vicino negozi supermercato e fermata autobus linea Andora Sanremo vicina Pista ciclabile a lato dello stabile Scelta dell’arredo oculata per ottimizzare spazio nel monolocale Materasso comodo e con coperte e cuscini in ottimo stato Vettovaglie in ottimo stato e sufficienti per l’uso quotidiano Facilità nel riscaldamento degli ambienti Possibilità di utilizzare lavatrice in zona comune con vicino macchina erogatrice di caffè bevande e snack Posto auto accanto alla struttura

OTTIMA STRUTTURA ❤️

Buona posizione tra Santo Stefano e riva ligure vicino al mare ed alla passeggiata, Staff da 10 e lode bravi, gentili ed ospitali, monolocale ben attrezzato e ben pulito con uno spazio esterno carino e comodo, al Piano inferiore ci sono due macchinette Self dove poter prendere un buon caffè, cappuccino, bibite, brioches e molto altro, molto utile. Parcheggio privato comodo, kit per la pulizia in bagno ed in cucina per i piatti ben apprezzato, area Lavanderia condivisa e molto utile, stoviglie necessarie disponibili. Aria condizionata, lenzuola ed asciugamani a Pagamento.

Non mi è piaciuto: la Tenda nella doccia, preferisco il box a filo pavimento perché quando ci lavavamo era un disastro, ma penso che negli altri alloggi fosse presente il Box, probabilmente era solo la nostra così, più appendini in bagno e mensole dove poter appoggiare i beauty e prodotti per l'igiene, la mancanza di miscelatore con dosatore anziché i 3 buchi nel bidet che ne rendevano più difficile l'utilizzo . Consiglio di mettere un cambia monete per le macchinette o dare in dotazione una chiavetta ricaricabile.

Nah zum Strand, fester Parkplatz, Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen, sehr Nah an der Radtrasse, gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine, Möglichkeit Bücher zu leihen ( auch in Deutsch) in der Küche fehlte Nix, ruhig gelegen, schöne Gartenanlage

Stärkeres WLAN wäre cool und vielleicht ein deutscher Sender im Fernseher

Miejscowość z klimatem i życzliwymi mieszkańcami

Przestronny taras na parterze wychodzący na wschód. Łóżko na pierwszy rzut oka dość skromne, okazało się bardzo wygodne Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo blisko morza, które w maju jest dość wzburzone, ale że jest to bardzo cicha okolica, wieczorami dało się słyszeć fale. Blisko sklepy, restauracje i kilka plaż publicznych. Właścicielka bardzo zorganizowana i kompetentna - oprowadziła nas po obiekcie wyjaśniając wszystko co jest do naszej dyspozycji. W samym obiekcie i w jego otoczeniu było bardzo czysto. Przechodzisz przez spokojną ulicę i jesteś już nad morzem.

Brakowało nam gniazdka w samej części kuchennej (lub nie mogliśmy go znaleźć), tak żeby można było podłączyć czajnik.. Wi-Fi dość często zrywało połączenie.

Un super séjour !

L’emplacement est parfait, 2 minutes de la plage. Appartement très cosy avec une très grande terrasse. Les deux lits sont très confortables. Garage privé disponible. L’hôte reste disponible à tout moment lorsque l’ont a besoin. Merci pour tout!

Ce n’ai pas grave du tout, c’est juste pour information, mais il manquait quelques ustensiles, équipement de cuisine (torchon, planche à découper..).

Lo staff, gentilezza, disponibilità, posizione, parcheggio, box garage x biciclette…un piccolo pensiero In ogni caso consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Accoglienza, posizione, funzionalità del monolocale, ampio spazio, parcheggio e molti pratici accorgimenti, tipo un distributore automatico di snack e bevande e un set con il detersivo per i piatti, una spugnetta ed un comodo panno per il lavello, sembrerebbe un'inezia, ma non lo è, non ci pensa nessuno ed io l'ho apprezzato molto, come ho apprezzato i vari sacchi per la raccolta differenziata. Bravi !

Alloggio pulito, curato ed efficiente. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, a pochi metri dal mare, dalle lunghissime passeggiate in riva al mare, dall' infinita pista ciclo-pedonale, dai diversi centri molto caratteristici del posto. Nelle vicinanze presenti servizi inerenti allo svago e alle necessità primarie, come l'alimentazione. Casa vacanze stelle marine informa anche i suoi ospiti per quanto riguarda: servizi di trasporto come taxi e pullman, eventi ed iniziative presenti a Santo Stefano al Mare e nei paesi vicini, dove trovare orto-frutta, escursioni in barca, etc. C'è la possibilità di depositare le biciclette sia private che a noleggio, al sicuro, direttamente in struttura. Parcheggio auto garantito e privato.

Percepivamo un po' di umidità ma accendendo il deumidificatore(già presente in stanza) tutto si risolveva.
