Shotgun style double in Historic Uptown, just a street car ride to the Mardi Gras Parades, a perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, business travel & families. Surrounded by beautiful oak trees, you’ll love the ambiance of this locality. The newly renovated house has 2 bedrooms, full size kitchen, large living room for relaxing after a day exploring the city, & w/d. Take a walk a few minutes and hop on the St Charles Ave Street Car line to visit Downtown, Garden district, Conv Ctr & the French Qtr. Dining & nightlife are mins away.

A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay.

Quiet neighborhood , friendly, helpful neighbors. Comfortable accommodations across the board! Sparkling clean in every room! Love having the washer/dryer available.

Very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. 1 block to streetcar. Host was very responsive and next door neighbor was friendly and helpful. Great hand held shower-head and towels. Highly recommend. Would stay here again!
