3-bedroom house in delightful New Orleans with central cool AC

Our GPS took us straight here. The host was in contact with me and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. The check was very easy and they included pictures just in case of where and how to get into the house. Every thing was clean and it definitely felt like home when we walked in. We had a 9hour drive so when we got there we decided to walk to dinner and lots of choices were just a few blocks away. Our check out was just as easy, basic take the trash out, towels in a specific area ect. If I came back in this area I would stay here again.

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed for. The host was very understanding and made our stay very nice and comfortable! Very spacious and very very clean! I will look to come back and stay here again at this wonderful property! Very convenient location and a great place to stay after a hot day in the city! Thanks again for the gracious hospitality!

Overall, the home was nice, and the host was pleasant and courteous during our stay. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience.Upon arrival, we noticed that the home did not have an iron or ironing board available, which would have been very helpful during our vacation stay. Although we made a request for one, unfortunately this was not accommodated.Additionally, the home was stocked with very minimal supplies, including only one-ply toilet paper and inexpensive paper towels. I called that morning to request additional supplies, but after returning to the home later in the day, I had to call again because the items had still not been delivered. The supplies were eventually brought late that night.Another thing that stood out was that several rules were posted prominently on the walls immediately upon entering the home, which gave an unwelcoming first impression.While the host was kind, a few improvements in hospitality, comfort items, and the initial presentation of the home would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the three bedrooms. The house was as expected. It was easy to check in and out. There were A LOT of rule signs (which stressed out my rule following kiddos), but none of the rules were unreasonable. Do note that the host requires a ridiculously large security deposit or the purchase of insurance in order to book (which was an unexpected expense.) The space worked well for us with just minor complaints (stained sheets, no hand towels, no hand soap in the kitchen, soooo many breakable items in every possible location, and very thin walls.) But nothing was a dealbreaker for us. It was a quick drive to all New Orleans tourist areas and we appreciated the a/c, the provided fan, the cleanliness, and the comfy beds. Would totally stay there again.
