Amazing stay

Our stay at the Mondern Mountain Hotel was really good. The hotel is , as the name tells you, modern as well as very close to the SilvrettaBahn and the center of Ischgl. You can easily reach all the restaurants and bars by foot and if you don't want to walk to the gondola there's a ski bus that can take you to any of the 3 gondolas available. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and generally everything you could wish for. The breakfast area, albeit small, has sufficient diversity and options - although I feel more diversity for vegetables and fruit would have been good. The spa area does not include a jacuzzi but has many saunas- what I would recommend is that you carve out a space for a jacuzzi as well. Car parking is free for hotel guests.

The Modern Mountain Hotel made it, in my daughter’s words, a perfect ski holiday in every way.

The breakfast was excellent.There was a wide variety of fresh and high-quality products, offering something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start a ski day — delicious, satisfying, and enjoyable. My daughter especially loved it, and it quickly became one of her favourite parts of our stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is situated at the end of the village, which makes it peaceful and quiet, yet it is only about a 10-minute walk to the center. This balance between tranquility and convenience is perfect. One of the most special highlights is the breathtaking view from the balcony — you can see the entire village like a postcard. With the snowfall during our stay, the scenery became even more magical.

Honestly, we cannot think of anything negative about our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness and comfort to the breakfast, location, and the kindness of the staff. Our experience was truly excellent in every way. If we had to mention anything at all, it would simply be that our holiday ended too soon!

Beautiful hotel, lovely architecture and design of the rooms. New building and modern internal decoration. Lovely location with an excellent view of the town. Spotless clean! Extremely kind staff and very friendly owners! Very nice open buffet breakfast! We felt absolutely lovely and safe.

Lovely time on Modern Mountain Hotel

Everything was excellent — very clean, well-maintained and well-organized. Breakfast was nearly perfect. Free parking was available near the hotel, both in front and at the back.

Perhaps the nearby Main Street was a bit too close, but it wasn’t disturbing thanks to the pleasant sound of the river flowing right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. We also recommend the fingerfood, it's a decent diner portion and tastes good! The location of the hotel is very nice (walking distance to ischgl) and you have nice viewes from your balcony. Nice host. We really recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel! The owners and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. Rooms are fresh and clean and the location is absolutely great. Very good breakfast as well!

Very nice and modern hotel with a nice spa area. Good breakfast. In very short walking distance to the cable car and the pubs/clubs, but far enough to be quiet and clean. Very nice staff and owners which were always very helpful.

The hotel is placed right on the river with an epic view of the distant mountains and green lush. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful - made us feel super welcome. The room was cleaned very well every day, with a cute and surprising towels arrangement welcoming us back from our day.

Very good location and very welcoming staff! High standard on cleanliness and we also enjoyed a very nice spa. Loved the detail of having tea and fruit at the spa. I felt it was a perfect place for me and my daughters to spend our ski holidays in.
