A place that is hard to top in both atmosphere and location.

Kind owner who is creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Very nice apartment for two couples or a family. Homey garden with an amazing view over Caldaro, the valley and the Dolomites. Perfect spot for hikes and bike rides into the Mendel Mountains (cable car in walking distance). Comfy bed. Great sauna and a private jacuzzi.

Place for healing and recharge

Happy to be there for a week and would like to return. Terra apartment is spacious, very clean with modern interior, has access to a small green terrace and the view is awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms nicely decorated with qualitative linens and curtains! Great to experience the slow living, silence and the good wine of the house. The owner is very welcoming and friendly!

Nothing really to dislike! More of a heads-up, the location is remote, a 10 mins walking distance to the supermarket/shop for groceries if needed.

We truly enjoed our stay as a family of three generation. Can recommend it and will check in again.

The view is stunning and the host is very friendly. The Mendelbahn to the Mendelpass is in walking distance. The "broetchen" service of the local bakery is great. Go for the Dinkel-Kamut broetchen. The normal and sparkling wine as well as the Traubensaft were good value for money.

At the time during our stay there was a huge construction site making noise from the early morning (7 o'clock) until evening (18 o'clock). However, this should be finished now. Our room wasn't

Toller Aufenthalt mitten in den Weinbergen.

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin Katrin sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit sehr bequemen Betten. Der Blick vom Balkon war immer wieder atemberaubend schön.

Neu- und hochwertige Einrichtung, absolut ruhig gelegen, Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Super!

Das Ferien-App. ist neuwertig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt (außer einem Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon) an wirklich nichts. Das App. liegt hoch über Kaltern und hat eine sehr weitläufige Aussicht, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Eine Bäckerei mit weiteren Produkten wie Milch und Butter etc. ist fußläufig rund 5 Min. entfernt. Überaus nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Das Haus liegt in den Weinbergen, ganz ruhig,über Kaltern. Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist dieses Haus genau dasRichtige. Katrin hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.

كانت زيارتي في اخر شهر 6 المكان جمييييل جدا بين حدائق العنب والطبيعه الجميله. اطلاله المكان روعه على الحقول والمزارع. الغرف كبيره والصاله كذلك. بعيد عن الضجيج. انصح به من اراد الاسترخاء والاستجمام. السيده كاترينا صاحبه الشقه متعاونه جدا وودوده وخلوقه. قدمت لنا عصير عنب ومنتوجات من الجام المصنوع محليا. شكرا كاترينا ملاحظات. الطريق للمكان فيه صعوبه قليلا فهو ضيق لكن يستحق الذهاب للاستجمام والاستمتاع بالطبيعه. احد الغرف حمامها غير مفصول بجدار فهو مفتوح على الغرفه. هناك سلم صغير للوصول للشقق. My visit was in the last month of Jun The place is very beautiful, between grape gardens and beautiful nature. The place has a wonderful view of the fields and farms. Far from the noise. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and unwind. Mrs. Katrina, the owner of the apartment, is very helpful, friendly and polite. She provided us with grape juice and locally made jam products. Thank you, Katrina. comments. The road to the place is a bit difficult as it is narrow, but it is worth going for relaxation and enjoying nature. One of the rooms has a bathroom that is not separated by a wall, so it is open to the room.

Wir haben uns gut erholt

Super der Urlaub hat bei Ankunft sofort begonnen. Kein Betten beziehen usw. alles schon fertig sogar 4 frische Eier haben wir erhalten. Verschiedene Weine und Apfelsaft konnte man sich an der Rezeption holen , Sprudelwasser gratis.
