Aufenthalt war fein, Abwicklung für mich vorher richtig Stress.

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sehr sauber, großzügig, Küche etwas mager ausgestattet, aber ich war wirklich zufrieden. Das Problem war vor der Anreise die Buchung über den Vermieter Muse Holiday. Ich habe von Muse insgesamt 19 (!) großteils automatisierte E-Mails bekommen, sicher die Hälfte in Englisch, mehrmals das gleiche. Zahlung innerhalb von 24 Std. im Vorhinein. Nach Zahlung über die Kreditkarte habe ich mehrere E-Mails bekommen mit der dringenden Aufforderung zur Zahlung, sonst wird die Buchung storniert. Am nächsten Tag habe ich angerufen. Die Mitarbeiterin von Muse war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zahlung wurde dann im Laufe des Vormittags bestätigt. Wieder am nächsten Tag (Freitagabend) habe ich E-Mails von booking.com bekommen, dass die Kreditkarte abgelehnt wurde und ich innerhalb von 12 Stunden mit einer anderen Kreditkarte bezahlen soll (insgesamt 8 E-Mails vom Absender [email protected]). Das dürften aber lt. Google Phishing-Mails gewesen sein. Telefonat von mir am Wochenende mit der Sperrhotline meiner Kreditkartenfirma. Am Montag wieder Anruf bei Muse. Alles ok. aber Stress!

Accogliente ..pulitissima....il giardino punto forte della struttura pur non essendo immenso fa il suo dovere😁 Tranquillità...la compagnia degli uccellini ...veramente sembra di essere in Paradiso ....

Qualche problemino ma niente di serio...le luci esterne non funzionavano e il cancello elettrico si poteva aprire solo dall' esterno...manca anche il forno a microonde e la lavastoviglie ... Per il prezzo richiesto queste cose ci dovrebbero essere.... Però ripeto tutto risolvibilissimo...
