The Price/Quality ratio is very good for this apartment.

Everything was great. Property in very good location, quiet at night, but center is still not to far to walk or just take tram. Shops are around. Was clean and everything what we needed for stay.

The location is good, nice area and the flat was ready and clean.

We didn’t realise at first that we had to pick up the keys at a different address, but luckily, we found out before check-in. If we had been on foot, this would have delayed our arrival quite a bit, but since we were driving, it was manageable. The directions to the flat itself were not very clear. The address was correct, but the flat was in a different building from the garage, and we got lost trying to find it inside the duplex. I had watched the tutorial video on how to access the garage while picking up the keys, but actually locating the flat afterwards was confusing. We eventually called and got help, so we found it in the end. However, paying in cash at a café during check-in felt a bit unusual and made us unsure whether everything was legitimate, even though we had already received the keys.

video for check-in/out finding everything like garage entrance and so on is a good idea. makes things easier. included parking spot was the reason I booked the place. good/clean neighbourhood ( armada spasy right next door could be noisy at night, but I had luck I guess, didn't hear a thing despite having to ventilate the apartment all night due to the warmth )

you can't call it self check-in when the meeting point for key pick-up is 3-4km away from the apartment. also no self check-in when you have to pay extra when you're unable to get the key between 16:00 - 20:00 ( I would almost call that a scam, since it is not explained before booking .... ) curtains are not equally sized to the windows ( you will never get it dark in the room ) additionally the balcony is more a winter garden and gets very warm in sunshine in addition to the preset ( not changeable ) heating in the bathroom the apartment gets very warm. needs air conditioning wifi didn't work and there is no shower, only bathtub ( with shower head you can hold in your hand ... )
