Apartment was clean, quiet area. Value for money. Quick walk to metro station.
We were told to inform 30 min before arrival, which we did, and having prior knowledge of our late check in, the staff arrived 40 min late.. so we had to wait on the street .this is when we had to pay a late checkin fee for 15€ ! And dragging out suitcases on the cobbled stone path was noisy at this hour, so one resident complained to us about that too !

No air conditioning. No toilet paper. No towels. Apartment would deserve some maintenance.
