Specious flat, clean and modern in a great neighbourhood. I recommend this place!

The place was spacious and clean we liked the towels and coffee the accommodation offered.
The bathroom:
Was nice but the shower head in the bathtub was little hard to use as it seemed a little jammed and we had to use more force to make the water run from the head and not the tap. Also a smaller bin/trash can would be nice in the bathroom as for the female guests mostly as things like make up wipes (cottonpads and female hygiene products) didn't have to be carried to the kitchen to throw out.
The staff (Elbek if I remember right):
The person was sweet, there was little longer waiting time than our agreement 16 (he came at 16,30) which is I believe still okay in the waiting window, in the future it would be nice to have little more specific meeting place or orientation point as the complex was large. At busy booking days would be nice to have more people managing the check-ins and handing the keys.
The terrace/balcony:
As our apartment was on the main floor, we got the one with a terrace. It was nice but unkept, which didn't bother us too much. But as Female guest a way to lock those balcony/terrace doors would be a nice touch as the fence didn't seem too high and as nice of an area as it is for the safety on calm mind it would have been proffered in future.

Location was ok with tram connections and grochery store near by. Quiet at night. Decent apartment with basic amenities. Quite spacious.
Check-in isn't very convenient. You have to call 30 mins ahead of arrival. Despite the fact that I had confirmed the time of my arrival on the phone beforehand, the apartment manager was late and I had to wait for 15 minutes outside the building.
At first glance the apartment was clean, but there were some stains on the walls and curtains, and the bed's headboard was kind of dirty. There were literal holes in the bath towels.
Soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway and other apartments. However, it was very quiet at night, so I didn't have an issue.

Location. Also apartment was quite new
No air conditioning. No toilet paper. No towels. Apartment would deserve some maintenance.
