Tran Chien Apartment with free private parking

Everything was great, very spacious apartment, good location, friendly owner, found everyhting we needed, we have received very clear instructions how to reach car park and etc. It just was quite hot inside, but apart that it was good experience and i would definately recomend this apartment.

Very nice location, nice new, clean and large apartment. There is private parking in the underground garage. It is nicely connected with the city center, public transport stops are very close to the place. There are also many restaurants near the apartment and there is also Lidl in the same building.

Hat Potential für eine bessere Bewertung! Alles recht neu aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt zu erkunden. Recht ruhige Lage in Richtung Hinterhof. Preis/Leistung aufgrund des Parkplatzes gut.

Es sollte erklärt werden, wie man wieder ins Haus hinein kommt (Chip). Bis wir das herausgefunden haben... Zwei Handtücher bei 3 Tagen sind zu wenig. Die LED-Lampe im Schlafzimmer leuchtet auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand, schwach - aber doch nervig. Auf der kleinen Terrasse quillt der Ascher über, für Nichtraucher kein schöner Anblick. Die Wohnung neigt dazu sich durch die Sonne stark aufzuheizen. Lüfter vorhanden, helfen aber nicht so viel. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessern und das Appartement wäre top.

The parking was great, communication with host was easy, but the apartment was not clean at all. There is some water damage on the walls and the apartment smells of moist, the towels were smelly and I had to use paper towels to dry myself. The apartment is spacious but it lacks furniture and a decent clean. If the host gives more attention to the cleanliness then it could be good place to stay.
