Класне розташування та атмосферна тераса з гойдалкою)
Паркінг є, але не критий, як заявлено в описі, були проблеми запаркуватись в дворі за браком місць. Як варіант поставити авто і пересуватися Львовом пішки - ок, а якщо постійно їздите, то можуть бути нюанси.

Чистота, місце розташування, підземна парковка, тераса, комунікація.
Можливо, краще скидати інформацію про те куди саме заїзжати або за день, або коли вже заброньовано, одразу. Бо під час керування авто, трошки не зручно читати інфу куди їхати в день заселення. Але це не мінус, а просто як фідбек)
