Заселення заявлено після 14.00, ми повідомили, що маємо намір заселитися з 17.00 до 18.00. Після 18.00 довелося чекати поки заселять, а то все час...

Відсутність однрразового взуття

Все було чудово) Ввійшли в моє положення, поселили раніше. Було чисто, тепло та комфортно ❤️

New flat , has main facilities , good location

Customer service and awful bed!!!! Although the flat is new and finely-furnished on average standards, the bedroom which smelled like as if many people had lived there and never been cleaned before spoiled our stay!! I am the client, pay money to rent this accommodation and it is NOT me who is supposed to change the smelling, used bed linens at midnight, especially when you want to have a restful sleep with 2 children . I even ironed the bed linens !!! It is the owner’s responsibility or of the person who is in charge of caring care of the flat. Even if you go to a usual low star hotel or a hostel flat at the city center , they provide you with freshly changed clean white bed linens , not with the ones which have awful scents due to being used by many people one after another . I would post the photos of the dirty pillows and blanket without sheet and covers but I won’t. And plus it is not very welcoming to be told “ There are clean linens in the drawers , you may change if you want…” . Thank you!! And the lady who is responsible of the flat seems to have a deep temper about clients’ arrival -departure times. If you are not ready and are bothered to meet people at different time ranges as given in Booking , then you should stop renting the flat because people come to this city mainly for touristic aim and may arrive late or leave early , this is usual .
