Розташування. Можливість раннього поселення.
Двічі перебувала в даному помешканні. На другий раз зламалась колонка. В телефонному режимі намагатися відремонтувати- це стрьом (для мене). Майстра змогли прислати через 4-5 годин. Слава Богу, все відремонтували. Але приміщення не встигло прогрітися, і було холодно.

Localisation of the apartment is good in a heart of the city . Nice that apartment has a washing machine
We didn’t get a receipt/invoice for our stay even when we’ve asked directly the owner . It was problematic to use hot water that it was either burning or cold .

Location of the apartment is perfect and that's all. It is directly in the heart of the old town and you can reach most of the sights by foot.
The furniture is old, some terrible odores in bathroom, drying linens in the middle of the room, no kitchen equipment ( plates and cups a bit dirty). And the last - problems with regulating hot and cold water in shower and constantly switching off heating. Frankly saying this apartment doesn't cost its price, even 50% of the price we've paid.
