Штори на вікнах не закриваються для комфортного сну. Одна Спальня виходить на шумний бульвар. Але це нормально для квартири в центрі. Диван потребує хімчистки

Локація гарна, самий центр міста, поряд Площа ринок, кафе, ресторанчики і все інше. Помешкання гарне, але вже трохи "заюзане", в цілому все ок, рекомендую.
Проблеми з парковкою авто, так як це самий центр міста. Є парковка прямо біля апартаментів, але вона часто заповнена та досить дорога, але якщо пощастить, то можна скористатись нею.
