Просторі апартаменти, новий ремонт у новобудові, гарний вид із вікна (23 поверх), швидко добиратися в центр, легко знайти місце для прибудинкового паркування авто, в будинку на 1 поверсі є Сільпо. Якщо тяжкі валізи чи малі діти, уточняйте, чи є ліфт до ваших апартаментів (до нашої №5 треба було йти сходами з 21 на 23). Вікна виходять на проспект, тому може бути шумно, але це умовний мінус, бо закриваєш вікна і отримуєш тишу
