Розташування квартири чудове, через дорогу ТРЦ Форум, до Оперного 15-20 хв прогулятись гарними вулицями. Заселення зручне, відповіді на питання вичерпні, господар завжди на зв'язку. В квартирі було все необхідне для проживання.
Видно, що квартира вже потребує ремонту, на меблях сколи та шербинки, в кухні та у ванній кімнаті є фасади, які деформувались від води. Але найбільший мінус - це шум. Дуже шумно з вулиці, вранці неможливо спати від гулу машин з відкритими вікнами. Не дарма навіть беруши завчасно поклали) Тому, якщо з маленькою дитиною або якщо не можете заснути, коли шумно, то не раджу дані апартаменти.
