The location is just perfect. It's close to the park, which is important when traveling with a dog, and it's in the city center at the same time. The apartment is big enough to host a crowd. We traveled with three kids, a dog, and four adults. It was very comfortable. There is a lot of tasty food and coffee nearby. =)
It's hard to find available parking, which is a common issue for city center locations. The plumbing is not ideal, which is typical of older housing, but not critical.

Класне місце розташування. Гарне планування, з двома поверхами і двома санвузлами. Наявність пральної машини. Хороше опалення, навіть дуже: в санвузлі на 1 поверсі було занадто тепло.
Була проблема з кількістю комплектів постільної білизни. Не було двох подушок і 1 постілі. Постіль занесли (оперативно зреагували), а за подушки сказали «десь ділись», тому були без них. І вцілому старі ковдри можна було б замінити, та деякі комплекти білизни. Диван зелений розкладається, але не дуже придатний до сну: одна подушка з вибитими пружинами.
