Сподобалось місцерозташування, дуже близько до оперного театру , Площі Ринок, був кондиціонер, чиста постільна білизна.Також було все приладдя для кухні, праска, фен, капці, рушники.
Не було москітних сіток на вікнах, вікна погано відкриваються/зачиняються, штори були зняті з петель, це ускладнювало їх пересування по карнизу. Але найголовніший мінус - це дуже поганий запах каналізації з ванної кімнати(( витяжка не допомагала і цей запах розповсюджується на всю квартиру. Також там постійно було мокро, щось протікало.
