Vilmaro Dottarelli whose idea was to recreate an old barn "La vecchia Quercia" The house is located in a complex of five cottages. The apartment is ideal for many families or groups who love nature and the countryside and who want to relax in the green.
The apartment has a mezzanine, and has 8/9 beds.
On the ground floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 stove, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 storage room.
Upstairs There are two bedrooms (1 with a sofa bed, 1 with 2 single beds).
Outside it has a gazebo with table, barbecue, parking and a garden.
In common with the rest of the structure, washing machine (paid), swimming pool and wi-fi.
From the garden you can admire the hill where the Etruscan town of Cortona, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The property has free bicycles.
We also host your four-legged friends, Small.
