About this apartment rental
Sunhouse is a beautiful house with breathtaking views of the ocean and the south coast in the sunniest part of the island and of Europe with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, is in a rural area 5 minutes from the beach and the center of Ponta do Sun at an altitude of 190 meters,
perfect for people or groups who like to explore the island or simply rest, offers peace and quiet, is close to many hiking and the motorway network to explore the island.
On the ground floor the large open plan living room together with the kitchen and the bar, offers seating and meals for 10 people, you can be relaxing in the living room and watching the beautiful views that surround them, the living room is equipped with TV Cable and Free Internet
The open kitchen along the living room is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, blender, coffee machine, beater, toaster etc.
next to the kitchen next to the garden there is a beautiful barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy good moments
The small garden with beautiful views over the surrounding where the banana houses stand out and the ocean is great for relaxing, sunbathing
In the living room there is a bathroom
On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable wooden floors with wardrobe, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and another three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shared bathroom are on the first floor, three bedrooms have access to balcony where you can enjoy the views with the sun beating in the face or simply drink a drink
We rent car with excellent conditions

The holiday villa is in the countryside, 5 minutes drive from the Ponta do Sol village on the sunny southwest coast of Madeira
Ponta do Sol is a picturesque village with 500 years old, is located in the eastern part of Madeira,
one of the oldest villages in Madeira, with a beautiful historical and preserved architecture. You can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, bank, ATM, post office, pharmacy, library among others.
Ponta do Sol is a perfect place to explore the rest of the island by road
distances:

- Ribeira Brava: 10 minutes

We had a great time. Everything was as described. Ponta do Sol is a very beautiful place. From there you can reach everything very well. Carlos and Maria were wonderful hosts. We hope that we can come back soon.

Hartelijk ontvangen in een mooi en ruim appartement. Heel rustig gelegen en een ideale uitvalsbasis om het eiland te ontdekken.

Die Wohnung von Maria und Carlos war sehr schön.
Vom Balkon haben wir den tollen Blick über Ponta do Sol und das Meer genossen.
Wir wurden super herzlich begrüßt, im Ofen stand ein warmes Essen, die Obstschale war gefüllt und im Kühlschrank waren Getränke und frische Eier von den eigene Hühnern für uns bereit.
Von Ponta do Sol konnten wir die Insel gut erkunden und wären definitiv gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben.

Tres belle propriété. De la terrasse une vue superbe sur Ponta do Sol et la mer. Les chambres sont à l’étage ce qui est très apprécié. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour prolongé.
Le propriétaire nous a donné rendez-vous à un endroit facile à trouver pour ensuite nous reconduire à la propriété (pendant la noirceur, pas facile à trouver). Il nous fait visiter la propriété tout en nous explications comment tout fonctionne.
Les propriétaires nous avaient préparé une spécialité madérienne pour notre arrivée tardive. Également, pain, bière, vin, fruits, fromage, viande. Tout pour bien entreprendre notre séjour.
