Very spacious and well thought out apartment in a great location. The parking spot in the garage was really wonderful. Nice big balcony, and there was a washer to launder your clothing. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, and even laundry pods were there! You are within a 5 minute walk to get groceries and 10min to the Promenade. You are also right next to the tunnel out of town, so it was really easy to get out and around.
Paper towels were missing and the place could really use a fan.
It's impossible to sleep with the window open because there are almost always people out late talking down on the street. Beware off the sharp corners of the bed frame. I ripped open my shin in the middle of the night.

The property was clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen although we ate out most days. A good location with some very good restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance.
Slightly noisy inside, but I think that tends to go with all properties with hard surfaces everywhere. Traffic noise but again I think find it hard to find anywhere that wasn't.

Der Swimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse mit warmen Wasser im Dezember, den wir täglich genutzt haben und ganz für uns allein hatten. Der nette Empfang mit ausführlichen Erläuterungen, die Croissants am Morgen.
Die zentrale Lage, wenn auch an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, die man aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern im 5. Stock kaum gehört hat. Die leise Klimaanlage, die in der kühleren Jahreszeit sehr nützlich war.
Gerne hätten wir einen Tisch und zwei Stühle gehabt, um einfacher als auf der Couch frühstücken zu können. Platz wäre am Fenster dafür da.
