In the heart of Salento typical ancient house totally restored with attention to detail, with star vaults of which one recovered in the original bright color, in the historical center of Lu 'Riale of the medieval village of Matino.
A supermarket and a bakery are very close.
A few steps from the center with bar, pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarket, bank, post office etc.
Delicious ice creams and pasticheotti in the downtown bar!
A 8/9 mn REAL from the renowned beach of Punta della Suina known as the Caribbean of Salento, and 10/12 mn from Baia Verde, Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Mancaversa, 15/20 mn from other well-known beaches, to 20 / 25 mn from the Maldives of Salento. A 30 mn drive from the Adriatic coast (Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, San Foca ...)
The ideal place to start discovering Salento!
Perfect for families, it can accommodate up to 5 adults. Despite being equipped with air conditioning, it is a naturally cool house because the ancient walls are very thick.
On request, with a moderate additional cost, bed linen and towels are provided.

...che dire già il titolo dice tutto! Siamo appena tornati dalla ns vacanza in Salento e tutto e' stato perfetto a partire dalla scelta dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto: completo di tutto e, per la sua dotazione, e' stato come sentirsi a casa. Pulitissimo, curato, fresco senza bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata e, cosa da non sottovalutare, entrambi i letti matrimoniali (eravamo in quattro) confortevoli consentendo un riposo ottimale. Merita tutte le cinque stelle che ho dato ma anche di più. La posizione e' ottima: in dieci minuti di strada siamo stati alla splendida Punta della Suina, in poco più di mezz'ora a Porto Selvaggio. In poco tempo si può andare a Gallipoli e raggiungere spiagge bellissime. Dovessi ritornare in Salento sicuramente alloggerei nuovamente qui!
