For a relaxing holiday we rent a villa in Gallipoli facing the sea (just go through the pine forest in front)
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen
habitable, 2 large loggias, terrace and private garden, 2 parking space.
Fully furnished with fine finishes and equipped with every comfort, it is
ideal for a relaxing stay in one of the holiday areas of the
city of Gallipoli.
There is the possibility to use all the services of the private beach just opposite (Lido Baia Verde)

The property is very nice. There is a downstairs courtyard for parking with outside shower, and the accommodation is on the first floor with an external staircase. The flat has everything you need to be reasonably comfortable, although some extra cushion or a comfortable chair would be nice. above the flat is a terrace, although there is no furniture or shade so it is not very useful.
The town of Baija Verde is somewhat overcrowded and at the time we went dominated by crowds of Italian teens, who create a lot of litter. They come for the very loud beach bars and open air nightclubs. Even with the windows closed you will hear them throbbing into the small hours. If that's what you want, this is the place, but not ideal for a family holiday.

Casa molto ben curata e spaziosa, rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione. Posizione ottima a 50 m dal mare. Nelle vicinanze c'è un piccolo supermercato, una rosticceria e un ristorante/pizzeria. Il padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile!
Soggiorno sopra le aspettative.

Sehr praktisch, sehr gute Lage, Ezio war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf unseren Anfragen reagiert. Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht.
