Convenient location . As it's in a gated community it's very safe and easy parking. Well appointed, comfortable with a garden and a balcony with a seaview.

A luxury family friendly appartement located easy reach from the beach with access to the tram, shops etc. For explorers, Monaco is a bus away (bus 100) and so is Cannes (bus 200). The flat is well laid out and appears to be across between a flat and a terraced house. Beautiful design. The appartement has it all. Big rooms, double bathrooms, open kitchen, swimming pool, BBQ etc.. All of this at an excellent price. The landlord was wonderful. A kind and considerate lady. Thank you for your help and support. My family and I had the best of fun. We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend this place.

The location is perfect, tram/beach/airport/shops all within 10mn. The property is outstanding, great for families and kids.
Although the listing mentions pets are allowed they were not received with open arms. The owner was upset we did not notify them we were bringing a dog and asked for a 500€ deposit
