The apartment is seated close to the center city of Florence and approximately 1 km distance to the Santa Maria Novella station. You can reach the flat easily by bus or by car. The nearest bus stop is 50m away and a good service brings you easily in 10 minutes to center city. The nearest taxi point you find in 200m distance from the flat.

If you arrive by car, you can find park lots very close to the flat, that in this area are at payment around to the apartment or at 20 m of distance from the apartment there ia a payment Garage/Parking with covenant prices with the apartment.

The apartment has a wide entrance room, a big kitchen and eating room, the 2 bedrooms are very comfortable with a lot of day light. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and bathroom with shower. There are no extra expenses, gas, light and water are included in the offered price. Laundry and towels will be changed once a week.

Very close to the apartment you can find many shops, and supermarkets, as well as restaurants, pizzeria and bakery shops. Every Tuesday morning from 8am to 1pm, you can also visit within a 15 minute walking distance the big local market of the “Cascine”, with various offers and many bargains.

It was a very clean apartment. Two spacious bedroooms with a full kitchen. The balcony was very nice (would be better if there was dedicated furniture for the balcony). Carolina was a great host. We met the first day and she gave clear information about the apartment and various things like garbage and recycling. Super convenient location near easy public transportation.

The host, Carolin, is amazing and communicate well with us before during and after our check in. She walked us through every details in her apartment herself on the day of our arrival. The place is walkable to the city or a Tram stop is nearby so you can just take that as well if you don’t want to walk, but we enjoyed walking. Also, there is a parking garage, although a bit expensive, but you can park your car there which is just a block or two from the apartment. There is a very good local restaurant (TECUM) nearby that is very authentic and much cheaper than those restaurants at tourist spots. I would definitely just go to this restaurant in the future while staying at Carol’s place again.

Very enjoyable stay. Location is great as it is right next to the tram line going to both the airport and the main train station Santa Maria Novella. The neighbourhood is quiet with several good grocery stores nearby. You can easily walk to the city centre in about 20 minutes, we often ended our day by walking back from the city. Close by is a good (though expensive) gym, lot of laundrettes and local hair dressers if you might need those. Apartment was clean, comfortable and everything was easy to use. Owner is a wonderful and friendly lady, she clearly explained all we needed to know during the check-in. Overall just a wonderful time in a truly timeless city that always feels new and worth exploring.

Staying at Karolina’s place was a great choice. It’s close to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. She is a very warm and friendly person. The apartment is spacious – perfect for a group of friends (also for families).Karolina helped us with everything: how to use the washing machine and other appliances, where to find the nearest shop and public transport. She always replied quickly and took good care of us. I highly recommend staying at Karolina’s. It feels welcoming and safe.

The apartment was very nice, perfect for your stay in Florence. Easy access to the metro. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Many fans which was very nice and everything you could need for a kitchen. There was a grocery store just a block away. Would stay again!

Carolina has been easy to deal with and her apartment is in a quiet residential area where you’ll find good restaurants that are less expensive than in the touristic areas and grocery stores. The nearby Cavini gelato store is worth a visit.You can walk to the historic center of Florence in about 25 minutes or take the T2 tramway.

This property was the perfect place to stay at just outside of the busy city centre of Florence. It was right beside the tram so it was super accessible to get into and leave the centre of Florence. This apartment was very spacious and clean and overall beautiful. There is no air conditioner which can be tough when it’s very hot but the host supplied us with lots of fans which was helpful!

The apartment was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We were a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and 5 minutes the other way to a grocery store. The location was good, the bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was very user friendly. I would definitely go back!

The apartment was big and the location was great (5min walk from tramway and 3min from grocery store). Carolina took the time to explain everything about the apartment and the surroundings. We felt very welcomed. The kitchen was fully equipped but we did not have cooking oil and pepper, even though we had coffee, sugar and salt. The apartment was pretty hot because of the Florence heat but we had many fans to cool ourselves down. The downside of not having AC was also that we needed to open the windows in the evening and since there was no screen around the doors and windows, we got a lot of mosquitoe bites during the night... Even though this is not the host's fault (and we didn't mind at all, but some other guests could), the neighbors were quite loud (kids upstairs) even sometimes in the night. The balcony was really nice and there was an elevator in the building making it easy to get to the appartment.

My wife and I stayed here in April 2025 for 6 nights. The location was great it was near the bus/tram line so easy getting around the city was easy and it’s walking distance to eurocar car rental and a grocery store if needed. The apartment was very spacious and came with everything we needed for our short stay. We had a great time.

This flat is out of the centre of Florence but on T2 tram which is very easy It has 2 large bedrooms as well as the. Kitchen.. the beds and towels are immaculate. Carolinea explained the idiosyncrasies of her home which were easy to get used to. I would definitely stay again. Carolina was good at communicating

The pluses: the fastest wi-fi I have ever seen, it's clean and has good cooking facilities (though no olive oil). It could be a really nice apartment, if a little money was spent on fixing all the broken and cheap stuff.The minuses: the shower rail is flimsy and doesn't stay up - okay for a child, but no-one taller. The bathroom door is glass! (maybe hang a curtain inside the door, for privacy?) Had to buy toilet paper - only 2 tiny rolls for 2 people for 5 days. It feels like everything breaks if you touch it (cupboard door fell off very dangerously). There was nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening. The beds all seem to be camp beds, though were not too uncomfortable. The walls with neighbour are very thin - and as someone else said, the small children are up until after midnight every night. The street is quite noisy - the big recycling bins on the road are emptied after midnight every couple of days! Carolina was helpful, but I don't like being asked to only leave a good review - that's not how a review system works!The minuses:

I liked the bed and the appartment equipment, the check in was a bit delayed, at 18:00 from the 17:30 initially pacted, but the check out was at 09:30, which I didn't like at all because is too early and didn't allow us to enjoy the night. But overall experience was good and I would recommend It to other guests.

Very nice apartment and clean. We needed a check list for leaving and more bedding. Children next door were very loud until 1:00 a.m. almost every night. Bank close by, there were very few restaurants, grocery store a few blocks and if you want to feel the ambiance of Florence this apartment is too far from the action.

The apartment was wonderfully clean. The host was very helpful despite speaking very little English. Although it was extremely hot during our 5 day stay, the suit was comfortable because our host provided many fans to keep the air flowing and cool. The bathroom was spacious modern bright and clean. The beds ok. Our negative- and for us a big one - is despite there being a sofa there was no comfortable place to relax except at the table. This sofa was the only option and to say it was extremely uncomfortable is an understatement. For this reason we removed a star from our rating - 8 out of 10

Carolina was very accommodating after our flight was delayed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a quaint Florence neighborhood nearby many conveniences… supermarket, mini mart, and restaurants. Caroline was super kind and welcoming as she explained everything about the house. We highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was as described in listing. Comfortable, roomy, very bright and close to transportation, grocery stores and eateries. The neighborhood seemed safe and fairly quiet. It was stocked with esssentials. Owner went over the particulars of apartment. Some communication difficulties due to language. It was nice to come back to and relax after being out all day. Warm welcome from owner, flat was big enough for us 4 + location was great, near tram stop and grocer's . Appliances were old but suitable for a short stay. There was no AC, so very hot in the summer even with fan. It is absolutely not soundproof which could have been OK since there were only a few cars in the street, if it hadn't been for the neighbors'dog! The main purpose of the flat was for us to rest after a day's visit, and that was impossible. The dog in the flat under was left all day long on the terrace just under our windows and continuously barked, only stopping between 1 and 6 AM (probably asleep). We have a dog back home and the neighbourhood in Firenze was full of dogs, but this one - apparantly poorly trained and/or too big for a flat that size - ruined our Florentina experience of 7 days. The owner was not aware of its presence...

Firstly, I have to point out that Carolina was a wonderful host. Since we were going by car, we needed a place to park and Carolina got us a good deal in the garage near by and communicated that to us well in advance so we didn't need to worry. She also greeted us and helped us around with initial setup. The apartment itself has a very good location - we managed to go everywhere on foot. Though furniture is a bit outdated, it's very comfortable and has everything that you need.

We stayed in the apartment for four days.The apartment is very clean, specious,comfortable, well equipped, easy access to public transportation.Carolina arranged parking for us and was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had a nice homely feel, equipped with most of the things you could need and comfortable. It was very hot when we went and unfortunately since the apartment had no air conditioning just fans it can get uncomfortable if you're not used to it. However Carolina was very nice, she gave us mosquitoes repellents in each room so that we could leave windows open and there was a total of 3 fans, although she did try to find more for us which was very nice of her. And you get used to the heat eventually. Everything else was lovely, bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities were all great. Clean towels and toiletries like you get in a hotel! The only thing that could be improved is the beds hence the 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for an affordable, convenient place (can walk or take bus into historic centre) to stay in Florence. It's also fantastic if you have a car as Carolina arranged wonderful parking for us and was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Carolina!

We enjoyed a week in Florence, a highlight in our trip in Italy. The location of the apartment is perfect: sits in a peaceful neighborhood, yet convenient to city center. We made multiple trips by bus, or by foot to various tourism attractions daily, with luxury to rest and snack back in the apartment frequently. Owner Carolina and her staff are very friendly and helpful. All kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances are updated and function excellent! Our 6year-old loved nearby playground, we enjoyed local markets and daily espresso! Overall, it's very comfortable place that makes us feel at home (only improvement may be the bed quality). Thanks!

Loved the place, stayed for 6 weeks, everything is there: WiFi, hot water, WM, bus station near the place (10 min from the center). Amazing host! Carolina is there around the clock to help, fix and just write a message to ask how are you and if everything is ok. If I will return to beautiful Firenze, will definitely stay there again.

Our family of four spent three days in this lovely apartment. The apartment itself was a nice size with two bedrooms and plenty of hot water for a shower. The washing machine worked great, and Carolina has stocked the kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Probably the best thing about our stay was Carolina. She met us at the apartment and explained everything! She showed us how to operate all the appliances, where to find everything, local attractions - everything! She was a delight to have as a hostess and definitely made out stay wonderful. When in Florence, Italy, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and convenient access to the town center.
