The location was close to transportation hubs. The kichen was pretty complete with full size appliances, and very neat and clean.I loved the private bath outside the room, it is surprising how many noises you hear from the bathroom when room is small, so I actually liked having the private bath outside of the room, and no smells.....YAY!!!! ALso, there was a whole dining table area to have a meal with friends if you wanted.
Well, the only way to get to unit was to walk from bus station because even a taxi could get you closer due to canals. So, there are two small bridges you had to climb up and down!!! With our considerable luggage we were worn out and pissed. If we were told there were people we could have hired to bring our luggage over the bridge this would have been o.k. but we did'nt find them until the last day. thankfully they came to take us after check out. The host should have alerted us to this fact, because this made us start off tired and stressed.

- Location is really good, 5 mins from Piazzale Roma
- Jenny is a great host and gave us some great suggestions of places to visit in Venice
- As some others have written, the walls in the property were thin so we were kept up at night by noisy guests staying in the room next door.
- On one night it was windy and there was a lot of noise of banging metal outside the apartment which made it impossible to sleep.
- Had there not been a noise issue we would score this accommodation 8 or 9 out of 10.
