Gerwin was great, very attentive, responsive and helpful. We asked for a fan and he was super fast in bringing one in. The accommodation is good, it has everything you'd need for a long stay, and it was very clean and close to restaurants, shops and the lake.

We had a couple of warm days and the apartment is hot inside, so having a bigger fan by default for summer would be amazing. Also, an extra pair of towels for a 7-days stay would be great too
