Lousy!

I've written customer services aready. They cancelled on the morning of the day we were coming to stay. We had to run around looking for accommodation until we found a Youth Hostel. They promised to return our money (over £300.001) but it has not yet arrived. This has never happened to us before. Please look at the email I sent to Booking.com Customer Services

The fact we were barred from even entering our booked premises.

Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in ed abbiamo atteso senza capire però che dovevamo ritirare le chiavi presso la reception nell'altra struttura. Appena abbiamo chiamati sono venuti per accompagnarmi a fare la registrazione e consegnare le chiavi. Posto perfetto e situato a metà strada tra Villack e Klagenfurt, molto comodo e molto vicino all'ingresso della strada di comunicazione a 4 corsie. delle belle camere ampie e un bel panorama.

Super Lage, nur 9 min vom Strandbard Pörtschach, Autobahnanbindung, alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, preislich echt in Ordnung, nette Inhaber, Frühstück in der Pension aufgebucht war sehr lecker

Jedes Mal auf`s Neue ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Hotel bzw. in einer der Ferienwohnungen, und es ist jedes Mal ein ehrlich wundervolles Erlebnis. Die Abwicklung ist verlässlich und professionell, die Zimmer 100% sauber, die Betten sehr gut, die Besitzerin, Ihr Sohn - sowie das Personal außergewöhnlich sympathisch, die Zimmer riesig (vor allem die Ferienwohnungen), das Frühstück groß und lecker, die Lage perfekt um entweder Ruhe (Krumpendorf) oder High Life (Velden) genießen zu können - und das Alles zu einem (vor allem für den Wörthersee) wirklich günstigen Preis. Ich denke wer es exquisit möchte, der sollte das Hotel wählen. Wer sich etwas "rustikaler" wohl fühlt, dem werden die Ferienwohnungen (mit teils riesigen Balkonen) gefallen.) Das einzige vielleicht kleine "Manko" ist die nahe Autobahn, die man bei geöffneten Fenstern (aber auch nur dann) im Hintergrund hört. (Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es komplett still.) Dafür ist man durch die nahe Abfahrt wie erwähnt je nach Präferenz binnen weniger Minuten am Minigolfplatz oder in der Disco. Zu 100% zu empfehlen.
