Apartment war neu und modern eingerichtet, ganz gute Lage.
Billa Geschäft in der Nähe
Der Schliessfach war ganz unten - ca. 10 cm vom Boden, schlecht erreichbar, Zugangscode ist schwierig einzugeben. Im Apartment selbst fehlen im Badezimmer Häkchen für die Badetücher, fehlen auch Bettlichter und auf einer Seite beim Bett ist kein Nachtkästchen. Die Parkplätze sind ziemlich weit von dem Apartmenthaus, direkt bei Haus waren vielen Parkplätze leer, aber nur Privat. In Fahrradraum waren alle Ständer besetzt und es fehlen Steckdosen für die E-Bikes.

Perfecte locatie
Perfect gelegen, 1 minuut van de snelweg en 4 minuten lopen van het station vanwaar je perfect kunt reizen naar Klagenfurt of Velden. Ook het meer kun je in 5 minuten lopend bereiken. De supermarkt om de hoek is perfect voor broodjes in de ochtend en boodschappen in de middag
Het was vrij warm in de kamer ( zonder airco) en de afzuigkap ontbrak waardoor koken niet altijd even handig was.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Nette Zimmer, mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub braucht.
Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, und es war nicht möglich eine Lösung zu finden. Als wir wegen der Heizung nachfragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie versuchen, den Eigentümer zu erreichen und dass sie sich später wieder melden würden. Fazit: trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragens wegen der Heizung war Funkstille. Es hat sich keiner mehr gemeldet, so dass wir die erste Nacht bei 16° verbringen mussten. Schade, dass keine Lösung angeboten wurde, zum Beispiel andere Unterkunft oder wenigstens eine Schadensbegrenzung vorzuschlagen. In diesem Fall war der Kunde nicht König! Hauptsache die Unterkunft ist bezahlt! Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht!! Aufgrund der nicht funktionierenden Heizung und keiner weiteren Informationen, sahen wir uns gezwungen auszuchecken. Seither NULL Kommunikation von Seiten der Vermieter! (Keyone)

Struttura di nuova concezione, pulita e disposta ottimamente. Bella camera, tutto estremamente funzionale
Se si cucina, Manca la cappa aspirante. Per il resto tutto bene. Unico neo: cani ammessi ma con sostanzioso supplemento (abbiamo speso 15 euro a cane/notte. Siamo stati 4 notti, abbiamo speso 120 euro senza però aver alcun servizio in più. In altre strutture davano almeno un kit per singolo cane (tipo piccola ciotola, un telo, 2 bustine di crocchette) o in altre un giro di pulizie in più. Saper del supplemento a conferma avvenuta (e non cancellabile) non l’ho sinceramente apprezzato. In più (ma non è colpa dell’host ma di Booking), in fase di pagamento non è stato applicato lo sconto Genius e a dei nostri amici, che hanno prenotato nello stesso momento, è stato invece applicato.. poi, sempre a loro, per questione legato al pagamento, era stato rifiutato il pagamento e sono riusciti a riprenotare pagando ancora meno che con lo sconto Genius (sempre su Booking). Ripeto, non è colpa dell’host ma dopo aver scritto a Booking, nessuna risposta pervenuta.
