Ein perfektes Apartment, wunderschön eingerichtet und wunderschöne Möbel. Alles modern und super.
Leider gibt es einen Nachbar, der uns schon bei der Ankunft angeschnauzt hat, dass der Spielplatz woanders als hier ist (wir waren noch nichtmal in der Wohnung eingezogen) - dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Einmal hat mich der Nachbar um 21.00 aus dem Bett geläutet, weil mein Kind am WC war und er meinte es wird herumgesprungen. War auch sehr unangenehm, da ICH bereits im Bett lag… ansonsten ist die Wohnung TOP

Das Appartment ist sehr groß und neu! Es gibt 2 große Schlafzimmer, nicht wie angegeben "nur" eines, was natürlich super war und ist! Insgesamt ist alles da was man braucht und alles macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Nicht übertrieben hochwertig aber neu (Feb. 2026) Super Ausblick auf den Pyramidenkogel und den Sonnenuntergang, leider nicht zum See.
Die Hellhörigkeit zum Nachbarn die in den Bewertungen vorkommt scheint ein Problem zu sein, Stiegenaufgang und Appartement-Vorzimmer wirken sehr hellhörig. Wir haben uns bemüht uns normal/ruhig zu verhalten und hatten kein Problem mit dem Nachbarn oder sonst wem.

Appartamento curato e pulito. Posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dal lago e a splendide camminate. Interni curati e dotato di ogni comfort. Parcheggio dedicato. Dalla sala si possono godere magnifici tramonti grazie all'ampia vetrata e alla terrazza. Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica, non vediamo già l'ora di poterci tornare.

Sehr geräumig und modern, schöner Balkon, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, bequeme Betten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Einrichtung teilweise schon sehr abgewohnt obwohl noch nicht alt (wurde scheinbar billig angeschafft), Lampe im Schlafzimmer mit Tape versucht zu sichern, Außenanlage ungepflegt
