Absolutely stunning modern cabin located under the redwood trees only 1.4 miles from 116, 2.4 miles to Duncan Mills and within minutes to the Pacific Ocean, Jenner, Guerneville and the wonderful little town of Cazadero. Come and relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking, Sonoma wineries, Healdsburg, kayaking or rafting and all that Sonoma County has to offer.
There are 3 queen beds, central heating and air conditioning, wood burning fireplace, Xfinity internet with Xfinity cable in the main living area, gas stove and gas grill. All your modern conveniences in the forest. You will love the setting with the large property, private seasonal water fall and access to Austin Creek (across the road on neighborhood path) with a warm sunny beach to hang out on. Very cool property.

Second time here and had a great time with my family. The cabin had all the amenities we needed and was spotless when we arrived. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the creek across the street was so nice for a quick dip. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, well equipped with everything regarding kitchen supplies, linens, towels. The host was available within a few minutes when I had questions. There's a very complete book inside the house regarding heat, hot tub, etc.

Huck falls is a great little house. When there is a break between the speeding cars it is so quiet and peaceful at the bistro set on the porch. The back patio is nice and you can pretend the cars are the wind through the trees. We had an enjoyable time and plan to come again in the future. Just be careful with your rolling luggage as the floor is not level. Not noticeable unless something is on wheels

This property was fantastic! The house was well stocked, everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, comfortable beds, a cozy living room with television and games, and an absolutely amazing hot tub under the redwoods! My family enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub morning and night! We definitely appreciated the beach chairs as they came in handy while relaxing at the creek. The cabin was super clean and delightful.

We stayed at the cabin for two days as part of a trip to California. We loved to location, close to the ocean and within a beautiful forest. The cabin was charming, with a simple, but tasteful decor. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy and complete. The cabin was very clean and tidy. The hot tub was terrific, immaculately clean and secluded. The host was responsive and friendly, helping us with info and advise. We would highly recommend this property and we were grateful that is was available for us.

Tastefully renovated cabin. Overall very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was very clean and functional. A bit of road noise during the day from the road, which is in the front yard. One mattress is very firm, the other one was a bit softer, but still comfortable.

The cabin is adorable and the yard space is huge. Bring floaties for the river less than a minute walk from the house. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. This is a fantastic rental. Ernie was very pleasant and quick to respond with booking questions

The hot tub was lovely, the property was beautiful, and you are so close to wine country and the beach. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My friend and I were in the area for Stage 6 of the Camino de Sonoma hike.It was a perfect location, the beds were comfy, and while the hot tub took a while to bring to temperature, it was so appreciated after a day on the trail. Came here for a weekend getaway with my wife. We wanted to kayak on the Russian river and enjoy the small towns in the area. We loved that this house was in proximity to everything, but at the same time you felt like you had your privacy and quiet among the redwoods. House is well set-up to enjoy some cooking at home and some relaxing in the backyard with a fire and a soak in the hot tub. The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was the first night the hot tub was too hot to enjoy and the backyard needed a little cleaning. That was all resolved by the second night. With these small inconveniences aside, we had a lovely visit and would recommend the house if you want a quiet spot away from the main attractions.

I spent the 1st half of my growing up years living in Cazadero. My father moved us to Minnesota when I was 9. I missed Cazadero so much. It was always a comforting place for me. I go back every few years and stay in the area, visiting old friends and family. I typically rent a VRBO and have to say, this place was perfect. Quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as pictured and described. The bedrooms are separated on each side of the cabin with the living/kitchen area in the center. The hot tub is clean and runs great, we had a cozy campfire as well. It’s close to many amenities and little stores that carry items you may want or need/run out of. Ernie is very easy and fast to communicate with and Angel is so lovely and helpful as well. I recommend this place!

My family and I have stayed here before. They had such a great time the first time they begged to return. Highlights are the big comfortable beds, the hot tub and fire pit, and the creek across the street. Proximity to the beach (10-15 minute drive away) is also wonderful. Not having a washer dryer and dishwasher is a bit more cumbersome, but not enough to detract from all the positive values of this property. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to all the redwood, Wine, Russia River, Antiques, Sonoma coast areas with restaurants. The cabin is rustic modern, it has light airy rustic cabin charm with all the touches of modern convinces. Comfortable cozy inside, the beds comfortable, the area quiet and peaceful days and nights with a few cars driving by. The access to Austin creek was awesome, great place for kids to explore, in July the water was 4 feet high! My only heads up- is for people who have allergies to fragrances and perfumes not your place. There are many different scented VOCs right down to the garbage bags. My son had an awful time with his allergies. First place where we ran into this issue, next time I am going to start asking hosts before renting. That is why I only gave four stars on cleanliness. If my son is not in tow I would stay here again. Host: quick with replies, nice and accommodating to needs. Thank you for letting us stay.

My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful trip. The cabin met all of our needs and then some, perfectly comfortable, cozy and "home" feeling. After a day by the water and a delicious late lunch in Duncan Mills, a soak in the hot tub under the stars and trees was amazing. On the morning of our departure, I ventured down to the creek across the way and found a gorgeous scene to sit in the sun, meditate, watch and listen to the water flow and ducks fly by. There were no issues, everything as expected and easy to navigate.

We had a great time, this is a beautiful property. The cabin is well stocked, the internet worked well, my kids enjoyed netflix movies. We had fun exploring the small towns and the Sonoma coastline, we loved Goat Rock beach and Portuguese Beach, we saw the Harbor seals with their pups. We drove down to Muir woods, that was a cool experience! There was a Safeway about 20 minutes away that had everything. We also found a costco about an hour away. The catetaker Angel was very nice and responsive. Our only suggestions would be to have a small cooler for guests to pack lunches on their adventures and maybe some additional pillows, my husband likes to sleep with more pillows. We had a great time with 2 teenagers anda 10 yr old, we liked how the cabin was set up with a bedroom on each end instead of right next to each other. My son loved watching the banana slugs outside. You wont regret your stay here!

The location is perfect 5 miles from the beach and 5 miles from Armstrong. The house is cozy, comfortable and well equiped. You feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere yet you are close to stores and restaurants. We loved our time there and will be back.

Beautiful location, however the house was not very clean. We found someone’s sports bra in the couch along with a dog chew toy with peanut butter still in it covered in ants. The bed sheets were covered in spots and debris. The floors were sticky and slanted so badly the doors slammed open. The dishes also appeared to not be clean. The hot tub was nice and the property outside was gorgeous. Check out the Armstrong woods in Guerneville for a quick trip to the redwoods. It was close to Goat rock and Fort Ross also. The bakery in Duncan Hills was delicious. The neighbor Angel was very sweet and kind and had lots of suggestions for cool places to check out. She even helped us out with motion sickness. Overall, it was okay.
