No need to drive around and look for parking! Two bikes are included along with an enclosed, 24 hour security parking garage for your vehicle. You can walk or ride bicycles wherever you decide to go in PB. Easy 10 block bike ride to the beach and Crystal Pier and only 8 blocks to Mission Bay Park.
Or, just hang out at the resort-style "Plaza Condominiums". The complex includes 4 pools, 4 Spas, 5 Outdoor BBQ's, Gym, Sauna, Billiard Room, 5 Lighted Tennis Courts, Lush Landscaping and Lagoon with Fountain and Decks. AND "rest easy" knowing that the complex has 24 hour security on duty.

Dining Room features an adjustable speed Ceiling Fan and Counter Height Table for 6 guest. Lots of room to entertain!
Kitchen has All Stainless Appliances, New Cabinetry, Granite Countertops and Table Settings for a party of 8. All cookware and appliances including toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder are included.
Bathroom has brand new shower/tub, toilet, granite countertops, sink and pocket door for privacy. Both beach towels and bath towels are stored in bath cabinets.
Bedroom includes comfy, Queen size bed, 2 marble nightstands with lamps, large wooden chest of drawers, TV and a variety of bedding (depending the weather). Bedroom as TWO large, mirrored closets.
A queen size "AeroBed" and bedding is included for your guests.
High Speed WiFi is included both inside the condo and in "The Plaza" lobby for your convenience.
Beach Gear including Beach Towels, 2 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and Umbrella and cooler are provided for your pleasure. And of course, 2 Bikes (with locks) to get you to the Beach.
Condo is located in 2nd floor of 3 story building. 2nd Floor Laundry Room nearby with 4 washers/dryers. Plaza Condominiums have 2 elevators and numerous sets of stairs to access condo. Secured, covered parking structure adjacent to condo building. There are steps from parking structure to condo building.
RULES: (per "The Plaza HOA" and Local Governments):
1)NO SMOKING PLEASE!!! inside condo, lobby areas or outdoor areas of Plaza complex.
2)SMALL PETS ONLY allowed ON APPROVAL; and must be Certified "Emotional Support Animals" ("ESA") or "Certified Service Dogs".
3)This Condo is NOT a SHORT TERM RENTAL ("STR"). Both "The Plaza Condominium Association" and the City Of San Diego require a 31 day+ minimum stay.
