Le calme, le côté cocooning de la maison avec son poêle, la chambre confortable, le petit jardinet, le quartier très calme, la proximité du golf

Le côté cosy sans être à l’étroit et la situation.
Penser qu’il n’y a qu’un WC au rez-de-chaussée et que les chambres sont à l’étage. Mais c’est vraiment pas un problème.

Le calme et jolie vue
Pas de toilette à l’étage, douche très étroite, odeurs dans le we même après l’avoir nettoyé, fourmis sur le plan de travail de la cuisine , manque de luminosité dans le logement.
