About this house rental
If you’d like to discover or rediscover the Gulf of Morbihan, our home is ideally located. You can set out to explore the islands, go hiking or biking, go sailing, enjoy fresh seafood, and visit Vannes, Auray, and the Rhuys and Quiberon peninsulas... all within easy reach.
You’ll also have access to a large terrace and an enclosed garden where you can relax in peace and quiet.
The beach and local shops are within walking distance: the coastal trails are a 5-minute walk away, as are the town’s shops and its two weekly markets.
We are offering this modern house for rent, located 600 meters from the beach in a quiet and sought-after neighborhood.
Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, dish towels), the beds are made upon your arrival, and cleaning is included.
The layout of the home is as follows:
Ground Floor:
- A large, bright living area (with large picture windows facing south and west), featuring a TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a leather sofa, and two armchairs
- An open, fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vacuum cleaner…)
- An entryway with a large closet
- A beautiful bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and a private bathroom (sink and shower)
- Separate toilet with a hand sink
Upstairs:
- Three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200), one with two single beds (80 x 200) that can be joined to form a large double bed (160 x 200), and one with a double bed (140 x 190)
- A bathroom with a shower
- Separate toilet
- A laundry room with a washing machine
Available upon request: high chair (Trip Trap), baby bouncer, crib
Outdoor area:
- Recently landscaped garden of approximately 400 m².

Stylish, comfortable and peaceful house with safe parking. Lovely enclosed garden for pet safety too and with decked areas for eating and sitting out…weather permitting. A must see is Vannes market and town, and enjoy the many coastal paths that you can walk to from the house. Stephanie was really helpful and check in was very smooth. Loved this place and the area

We had a great holiday. The holiday home was very nice, with perfect location near the Golfe of Morbihan. The house was clean, the owner of the house was very helpful, and everything we needed was available in the house. I would d efinitely recommend a stay in this holiday home!
