Welcome to Baden! Nestled in a peaceful environment, away from the city, this magnificent thatched cottage combines Breton charm and modern comfort. Fully renovated and equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers for a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden and a terrace with a barbecue, ideal for your summer meals. Located just 15 km from Vannes and Auray, and less than 5 km from the first beaches, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan, such as the Île aux Moines or Île Berder.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant living room with access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or enjoy the outdoor table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living area, by the fireplace, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and has direct access to the garden. Upstairs, you will find on one side a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and its adjoining bathroom with WC, and on the other side a room with a trundle bed (90x190 cm), perfect for children, as well as a mezzanine area with a sofa bed (140x190 cm).
The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.
A washing machine, a high chair, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.
