About this house rental
This house located in Arradon will allow you to spend a quiet holiday and discover the Gulf of Morbihan and the surrounding area. Between gastronomic, sporting and cultural discoveries, this rich terroir is a destination of choice for those looking for an active holiday. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house, with a surface area of 70 m², includes:
- 1 kitchen open to the living/dining room overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The living room includes a television.
- 3 bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds and 2 single beds. A double bedroom is located on the first floor as well as the WC. The other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
- High-speed internet access (200 GB fiber box).
- A baby cot and a high chair are at your disposal.
- A storeroom adjoining the house with washing machine.
Thanks to its terrace and barbecue, you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your family around barbecues.
The house is close to shops, the town centre (500m) and about 1 km from the beach.

Logement très bien situé, près de tous les endroits à visiter, plage proche, Supermarché à 300 m., proche de toute commodités.
Propre, extrêmement bien équipé, pièces spacieuses, petite terrasse très agréable, literie parfaite, bref, tout est parfait.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison.
Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très à l'écoute.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour très agréable. La location correspond tout à fait à la description. Très bon équipement, avec tout le nécessaire. Lieu propre.
Location au calme mais proche des différents lieux de visites.
Petite attention des propriétaires à l'arrivée qui fait toujours plaisir .

Der Kontakt und der Empfang waren sehr nett. Das Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Bis auf einen Wasserkocher war es gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Lage sehr ruhig, genau was wir gesucht haben!

A notre arrivée dans la maison nous avons immédiatement remarqué la grande simplicité des équipements et leur manque d'entretien: nous avons fait constater à la personne chargée de nous accueillir que la poubelle à l'entrée de la maison était pleine et dégageait une odeur pestilentielle, que la table du salon était détériorée voir dangereuse avec de jeunes enfants ( coin de la table ouvert ), que les alèzes sur les lits étaient sales et le rideau de douche crasseux enfin que le ménage avait été fait superficiellement ( poussières accumulées dans les coins et sous les lits).
Le lavabo de la salle de bain était quasiment bouché , le grille pain défectueux et la cafetière très sale.
Ce type d'hébergement n'est pas digne de figurer dans Abritel dont nous somme des clients réguliers.
